Shipping

Ergonomix Golf ships all product via UPS.  All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt.  You will receive an email confirmation (including a tracking number) when your order ships.  Please contact our customer service department if you have any questions about the status of your order.

Returns

Ergonomix Golf offers a 30 day money back guarantee on every product we offer that is returned in new, resalable condition or if the product is defective in any way as a result of manufacturing.  Please contact our customer service department for a return authorization (RA).  

Returns received without an RA will be rejected.  The Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.  Returns should be sent via a trackable shipping method.  Ergonomix Golf is not responsible for lost returned merchandise, so please record your tracking number when you ship a product back to us.  

Approved Refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card that was used at the time of purchase within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
